A Reservation Request Form. Any Direct Bookings To the Property
Will Be Considered Cash Transaction.

All Reservations Requests Must Be Submitted At Least 7 Working
Days Prior Travel Date. No Last Minute Requests Will Be Processsed.

Once Confirmed, All Reservations Are NON CANCELLABLE, NON CHANGEABLE
& NON REFUNDABLE

Credit Card Information Must Be Included Upon Submission of
Travel Request to Guarantee the Reservations & Cover Tax
& Incidentals Paid to the Property

We Are Not Responsible for the Service of the Property.
5)
At Some Cases, Taxes Maybe Paid By Cashier’s Check to
The Vendor Selling The Vacation Package which is Due Upon Reciept
of the Confirmation #.

There Are Properties In Our Travel Listing That We Get From
Our Reciprocal Accounts and Additional Rules May Apply.
7)
Simple Trade Recommends All Clients To Prepare A Back Up , Cash
Inquiries in the Event that We Are Unable to Fulfill Your Travel
Request.

Simple Trade Doest Not Charge Any Booking Fee and Is Not A Full
Service Travel Agency and Cannot Service As A Full Service Travel
Agency.
